20-40 hours, flexible start / finish times
Salary PA £35-45000 pro rata, ANP £45-55,000 pro rata, depending on experience
6 weeks annual leave, 1 week study leave (pro rata)

Foxhill is a long-established GP surgery in North Sheffield, with a stable patient population, some of whom have been with us for generations. Our patients mainly live in Foxhill / Parson Cross and have high levels of socioeconomic deprivation along with the healthcare needs this brings. This is a real opportunity for a clinician who wants to help us serve this community. We are committed, friendly, supportive and value a workplace where everyone is appreciated. We place high value on cups of tea and take regular breaks and eat lunch together. We are based in a modern, spacious, purpose-built surgery with secure parking. We are a short drive from the city centre and Crookes / Broomhill, with easy access to the M1.
- 15-minute consultations as standard
- On site duty GP at all times, available for questions / queries / chats
- Named GP mentor, commitment to CPD

- PMS, c6000 patients
- Emphasis on teaching – medical students, PA students, VTS
- Experienced and high skilled practice nursing team who do most of the chronic disease management.
- Forward thinking, innovative and keen to embrace new ways of working.
- Multi-disciplinary team already including one PA, Pharmacist, Physio, Nurse Practitioners.
