Team Kingthorne is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated GP to join us.  We pride ourselves on delivering high quality general practice care.  We are the lead practice for 4Doncaster Primary Care Network.  Being a training practice, we enjoy supporting and encouraging further training for all our clinicians and staff as well as our trainee Doctors. Main duties of the job To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of care.  We are happy to accept part time or full-time applications. Job Description Deliver highly effective medical care to the practice population. Make professionally autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems. Comply with all practice policies and procedures. Work collaboratively, accepting an equal share of the practice workload and promoting a culture of improvement at all times. Adhere to best practice recommended through clinical guidelines and audit processes. Contribute to the successful implementation of continuous improvement and quality initiatives with the practice. Attend and contribute effectively to practice meetings as required. Ensure compliance with the appraisal process. Prepare and complete the revalidation process.
